PvP char question
yeah is there a way to "unlock" 15k armor for a PvP only character. Because I dont want to start a rit and then go and buy 15k armor all for PvP only.

Nope, what you see for armors in the pvp equipment window is what your get for armors. Now if you make a pve character and specifically tailor it for pvp, then you can have 15k armor, but you'll have to buy the armor.

If you want to look good in pvp (which shouldn't matter unless you're gonna play on Observer a lot and you want fanboys drooling), I think it's fair the game forces you to use a PvE toon and spend a LOT of money to gear it up. Beauty comes at a price you know.....
Anyway, on my pvp monk I use gold weapons with rare skins. Can't change armor, but at least I'm able to pimp it up a little

keeping my pve warrior pvp-fit is the only thing that actually keeps me playin' pve, so being able to unlock armors would be a no-go imo.
there's no difference between 15k, fissure, and regular pvp armor anyway, so it's basically just for good looks, and good looks require effort |
